The bill entitled, an act authorising the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county to open an Avenue adjacent to the
Eastern boundary of the city of Baltimore from the intersec-
tion of O'Donell and Third streets on the Canton Company's
lands, northwardly with Bank street, westwardly to First
street, and then northwardly to Monument street extended.

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading,

The said bill was then read the third time and passed by
