The bill entitled, an act to allow the clerks of the Circuit
Court for Washington and Prince George's counties, further
time within which to place their fees in the hands of the
Sheriff for collection, and repealing the eleventh section of the
act of 1779, chapter 25, so far as it relates to said counties;
