EVENING SESSION, 7½ o'clock, P. M.

The House met. Present at the call of the roll, the fol-
lowing members:

Walker, Ford, of Baltimore county, Goldsborough, Waller,
Moore, Sudler, of Somerset, Tilghman, Dail, Grieves, Davis,
Ford, of Cecil, Larrimore, Sudler, of Queen Anne's, Land-
ing, Spence, Hearn, Thomas, Harding, Bowlus, Root, Koons,
Hobbs, Hanway, Bacon, Baker, Todd, McGonigal, Stirling,
Rogers, McPherson, Smith, of Baltimore city, Lynch, of Bal-
timore city, Harrington, Crowley, Forrest, Alexander, Roh-
rer, Summers, Riddlemoser, Duvall, Worthington, Thruston,
McKinstry, Reindollar, Welling and Dorsey.
On motion of Mr. Thruston,

The rules were suspended, and

He offered the following order:

Ordered, That after Monday next no "leave" shall be
granted, and no "bill" shall originate or be introduced into
this House until all the bills on the Speaker's table are dis-
posed of; provided, that committees have power to report
bills until Thursday next, under leaves previously granted;

Which was adopted.

The Senate bill entitled, an act relating to the public road
dividing the counties of Somerset and Worcester;

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follow:
