Ordered, That after Monday next no "leave" shall be
granted, and no "bill" shall originate or be introduced into
this House until all the bills on the Speaker's table are dis-
posed of; provided, that committees have power to report
bills until Thursday next, under leaves previously granted;
Which was adopted.
The Senate bill entitled, an act relating to the public road
dividing the counties of Somerset and Worcester;
