a Company to make a Turnpike Road in Washington county,
commencing at the forks of the Hagerstown and Leitersburg
turnpike road, in Washington county, leading to the Penn-
sylvania line, passed December session, 1847, chapter 160,
and also, an act passed December session, 1849, chapter 254 ;

A bill entitled, an act to change the name of Samuel Albert
Clagett, of Anne Arundel county, to the name of Albert
Clagett.

A bill entitled, an act to authorise Wm. Johnson, a free
negro, of Calvert county, to dispose of his real and personal
estate, by last will and testament.

A bill entitled, an act for the relief of Caleb S. Keech, ad-
ministrator of Thomas P. Turner, former deputy sheriff of
Prince George's county.

A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Citizens' Insur-
ance Company of the city of Baltimore.
