Leave was granted the Dorchester county delegation to in-
troduce a bill authorising the clerk of the Circuit Court, and
Register of Wills for Dorchester county to purchase a new
seal and press for their respective offices; and authorising
the County Commissioners of said county to levy a sum of
money to pay for the same.
