mont Davis, of Montgomery county, to Wesley Reed Davis;

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Citizens Insur-
ance Company of the city of Baltimore, was read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays, as follow :
