Which was referred to the Baltimore county delegation.

Mr. Sudler, of Somerset, offered the following order:

Ordered, That certain papers relating to an act entitled, an
act to compensate John Cullen for certain moneys expended
by him in executing the laws for the protection of oysters in
the waters of this State, be, and are hereby withdrawn from
the files of this House;

Which was adopted.

Mr. Morgan offered the following order :

Ordered, That two thousand copies of the report of William
S. Reese, on the qualities of the different kinds of Guano,
and their specific properties, he printed for the use of the
members of this House;

Which was rejected.
Mr. Kidd offered the following order:

Ordered, That five thousand copies of the report of the
inspector of Guano, be printed for the use of this House.

Mr. Hanway moved to lay said order on the table;
