427.  An act to prevent the filling up of Harbors in Som-
erset county.

428.  An act to make valid a deed from Morris S. Wicker-
sham, and wife, to John Plumely, Jr.

429.  An act in aid of the benevolent objects of the corpo-
ration in the city of Baltimore, created under the act of As-
sembly of 1852, chapter 237, called the Home of the Friend-
less, by enabling them to have committed legally to their
care and control the destitute children who are the subjects
of their charity.

430.  An act entitled, an act appointing Commissioners to
establish a free school in Vansville District, Prince George's
county.

431.   An act to widen the public road from Georgetown to
Georgetown Cross Roads, and from Chesterville and Massey's
Cross Roads to Georgetown Cross Roads, in Kent county, and
to straighten the road from Chesterville to Georgetown Cross
Roads.

432.  An act relating to foreign corporations or associations
for Insurance and their agencies in this State.
