349.  An act appropriating a sum of money for the payment
of the claims of J. Wesley White, Paul Martin and Mary
R. Sullivan.                                                                      

350.  An act for the relief of the sureties on the official
bond of John W. Wilbourn, former Collector of State Taxes
for the Second Election District of Calvert county.

351.  An act to enable Eliza Ann Francis and Eliza Jane
Francis to inherit the real and personal estate of Corbin
Francis.

352.  An act to compensate Josiah H. Gordon for legal
services.

353.  An act appropriating a sum of money for the use of
James G. Henning, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Mont-
gomery county.

354.  An act to authorise the County Commissioners of
Harford county to sell their present Poorhouse Farm and pur-
chase another, and erect suitable buildings for the use of the
paupers of said county.

355.  A supplement to the act entitled, an act for the better
regulation of officers' fees, so far as the same relates to Somer-
set county.

356.   An act to prevent free negroes and slaves having or
using boats on the Potomac river.

357.   A supplement to an act entitled, an act to incorporate,
a Company to construct a turnpike road from Hagerstown,
in Washington county, to Smithburg, passed at January ses-
sion, 1853, chapter 249, so as to permit the County Commis-
sioners of Washington county, to make an additional sub-
scription to the capital stock of said company, and authorise
the President and Directors of said company, to change the
location of the gates on said road.

358.   An act to incorporate the Port Deposit Library Asso-
ciation.

359.  An act to authorise the Commissioners of St. Mary's
county, to close the public landing at the Queen Tree, in said
county, and to condemn a new landing near the same, and to
change the road thereto.

360.  An act to provide for the compensation of James M.
Schley, for certain services performed by him under the ap-
pointment of the Governor, in the Court of Appeals of Mary-
land.
