310.  An act to grant a donation to the Brookville Acade-
my, in Montgomery county.

311.   An act authorising the County Commissioners for
Washington county to enlarge, modify, or add to the court
house in Washington county, and to levy a sum of money for
the cost thereof.

312.  An act to incorporate the Old Road Turnpike Com-
pany in Baltimore city.

313.  A supplement to an act, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and twenty-six, chapter 123, entitled, an
act to incorporate the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company,
providing for changing the time of electing directors of said
Road, to the third Monday of November.

314.  An act to incorporate the Barton Coal Company.

315.  An act amendatory of an act passed at December
session, eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter 325, en-
titled a supplement to an act to incorporate the Cumberland
Savings' Institution.

316.   A supplement to the act to provide for carrying into
effect the twenty-second section of the fourth article of the
constitution, passed January session, eighteen hundred and

fifty-two, chapter 68.

317.   An act to authorise the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Cecil county to rebind certain indexes and record books.

318.   An act entitled, an act to preserve certain unpatented
certificates of surveys in the Land Office of Maryland.

319.  An act to provide for the public execution of malefac-
tors convicted and sentenced for capital offence, in Frederick
county, within the limits of the enclosed yard of the jail of
said county.

320.  An act to incorporate the Chester River Steam Navi-
gation Company.

321.  An act to authorise the County Commissioners of
Cecil county to increase the annual levy, so as to pay the
current expenses of the county within the year.

322.  An act to provide for the formation of a corporation
for the building of a railroad in Caroline county.

323.  An act for the dispatch of business in the Superior
Court and the Court of Common Pleas, of Baltimore city.

324.   An act to modify the punishment of free negroes con-
victed of larceny and other crimes in this State.
