218.  An act to establish a uniform system of public schools
in Cecil county.

219.   An act making appropriations for the support of the
Government, for the year ending on the first day of January,
1859.

220.  An act to incorporate the President and Directors of
the Chesapeake Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore.

221.  An act to allow the Clerks of the Circuit Courts for
Washington and Prince 'George's counties, further time-
within which to place their fees in the hands of the Sheriff
for collection, and repealing the eleventh section of the act
of 1779, chapter 25, so far as relates to said counties.

222.  An act to amend and explain an act passed at Jan-
uary session, 1856, chapter 119, entitled, an act for the re-
lief of the sureties on the official bond of Thomas H. Osborn,
of Charles, former collector for the third election district of
Prince George's county.

223.  An act to incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance Com-
pany of Kent Island, Queen Anne's county.

224.  An act to make valid a deed from John Stafford and
wife, to Richard J. Draper.

225.   An act to make valid a deed from John Lewis, attor-
ney of Mary Turner, to Adam Hilt.

226.   An act to authorise Levin M. Wilson, to settle his ac-
counts as guardian to Curtis A. Russel, and deliver over the
estate to his said ward.

227. An act to incorporate the American Band, of Fred-
erick city.

228.  An act to appropriate a sum of money for the pay-
ment of the claims of Alward Johnson, Richard Brashears,
James Campbell, James H. League and L. G. Taylor.

229.   An act to incorporate the Mutual Fire Insurance
Company, in Calvert county.

230.  An act appropriating a sum of money to be expended
in repairing the office of the Comptroller of the Treasury.

231.  An act to refund to Zaddock Marshall, of Worcester
county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid into the
Treasury.
