TITLES OF THE LAWS.

1.  A supplement to the act entitled, "An Act to incorpo-
rate the Canton Company of Baltimore, "passed at Decem-
ber session, 1828, chapter 159.

2.  An act to change the name of Daniel Hart Taylor to
Daniel Taylor Hart.

3.  An act to authorise the Sheriff of Cecil county, to sum-
mon a panel of jurors, and return the same to an adjourned
term of the Circuit Court for Cecil county, to be held on the
third Monday of January, 1858.

4.  An act confirmatory of the act passed at January ses-
sion, 1856, appropriating the sum of one hundred dollars,
as compensation to Henry Hagan, of Allegany county, for
his services in arresting Miller, the murderer of Doctor Hadel
and Mr. Graff.

5.   An act entitled, an act for the relief of Edward Bowers,
of Carroll county.

6.  An act entitled, an act to secure the more speedy pay-
ment of the Bailiffs, Crier and Talesman, of the Circuit Court
for Carroll county.

7.  An act to refund to the widow of Walter H. Adamson,
late Register of Wills, of Montgomery county, the tax on
the Commission of Register of Wills paid by said Adamson.

8.  An act supplementary to an act entitled, an act ap-
propriating a sum of money to pay for a Painting illustrat-
ing the Surrender by George Washington, of his commis-
sion as Commander in Chief of the Army of the American
Revolution, &c.

9.  An act entitled, an act to Incorporate Irving College,
in Manchester Carroll county.
