a third reading.

The bill entitled, an act to authorise the Board of Commis-
sioners of Howard county to allow supervisors and laborers on
the public roads, in said county, greater compensation;

The bill entitled, an act to Incorporate the Citizens' Insur-
ance Company, of Baltimore;

Being on its third reading,
On motion of Mr. McPherson,

Said bill was re-committed to the committee on Corpo-
rations.

The bill entitled, an act to empower the Trustees of the
school commonly called the Tan Yard School, in School Dis-
trict No. 25, in the Fourth Election District, in Caroline
county, to change the location of the school house appertain-
ing to said school;

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
