Speaker of the House Delegates.

In accordance with the provisions of the 4th Section, 6th
Article of the Constitution, I have the honor to submit here-
with, copies of all the Quarterly Accounts I have rendered
and settled with the Comptroller, since my last report to the
Legislature.
