COMPTROLLER OF THE TREASURY—

Leave to bring in a bill to amend the act of 1852,
chapter 56, in reference to the salary of the Chief
Clerk to the, 93.

to employ counsel, other than the State's Attorneys,
for collection of dues from delinquent State offi-
