from Samuel H. Berry, to Edward D. Boone, re-
ferred to, 549.

Favorable report, by committee on, to make
valid a deed from Thomas S. Herbert, to Wm.
Chapman, read second time, and by order, and
passed, 614.

Favorable report on bill entitled, an act to amend
the 4th article of the code of public local laws, by
adding thereto relating to the Criminal court of
Baltimore city, 719.

Also, on a bill to amend the code of this State,
by providing otherwise than as therein enacted
for the selection of grand and petit jurors for Bal-
timore city, 310.

Also, on the bill to amend the 05th article of
the code of public general laws, by repealing
the 41, 42, 43, 44,45,46 secs, regulating the manu-
mission of slaves, &c, 310; proceedings on, 799,
800; rejected and reconsidered.

Also, on bill to amend the 5th article of the
code of public general laws, relating to appeals
and, writs of certiorari, &c, 311, favorably re-
ported, and passed, 742.

Also, on bill entitled, an act further extending
the 19th section of 4th article of the constitution,
&c, relating to the removal of causes from Balti-
more city, 311.                                                 

Also on bill to amend the 28th section of the
24th article of the code of public general laws, re-
lating to mortgages.

Leave granted to, to introduce a bill providing
further for the trial of persons for crimes and
misdemeanors committed on the Chesapeake bay,

Leave granted to, to bring in a bill to carry into
effect 39th section of 4th article of the Constitu-
tion, exempting from execution the property of
the debtor to a reasonable amount, 45; favorably
reported, proceedings, 442, 443,444, 445; read a
second time, and by special order, and passed,
