EVENING SESSION, 9 o'clock.

The House met. Present at the call of the roll the follow-

The Senate resolution that the act of Assembly, passed
March 1st, 1850, entitled, an act to incorporate the Neptune
Steamboat company, be and the same are hereby repealed;

Was read the second time, and by special order the third
time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
