ing to public schools, article 83d of the code of public general

45th and 46th sections of the said article, and by adding
thereto certain sections prohibiting manumission of negro

cle 4 of the public local laws, relating to the inspection of
fish in the city of Baltimore;

62d, 63d, 64th, 66th, 67th, 68th and 69th sections of article
4 of the public local laws, relating to schools in Calvert
county, and provide for the establishment of a uniform sys-
tem of free schools in said county;

laws of Somerset county, by adding thereto the following sec-
tions;

Morris O. Colston to keep a gate on the public road in Talbot
