The bill entitled, an act to amend the 535th, 536th, 538th,
539th, 548th and 549th sections of the 4th article of the code
of public local laws, so as to make the office of inspector and
corders of fire wood appointed, and to regulate the inspection
and cording of fire wood ;

Being upon its second reading,

Mr. Denison, of Baltimore City, moved to strike out the
enacting clause;
