The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following:
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
act of Assembly, passed March 1st, 1850, entitled, an act to
incorporate the Neptune Steamboat company, be and the
same is hereby revived;
Which was read the first time.
The bill entitled, an act to provide compensation for the
several volunteer companies of this State, and also the bat-
talion of Baltimore City Guard who rendered services at
Harper's Ferry on the 17th, 18th and 19th days of October,
1859;
Which was read the first time.
The bill entitled, an act to amend the code of public local
laws of Somerset county, by adding thereto the following
sections;
