The bill entitled, an act to refund to Henry T. Scott, admin-
istrator of William Scott, late collector of State and county
taxes for Prince George's county, certain moneys overpaid by
said administrator into the Treasury of Maryland;

We propose with the concurrence of your honorable body,
to constitute the standing committee on printing of the two
Houses, a joint committee to contract for the printing of the
following work, viz: the printing and indexing of the laws,
that may be passed at the present session; and the reprinting
and indexing of the code, such contract to be subject to the
ratification of the two Houses.
