The bill entitled, an act to provide for a general index of
judgments in Queen Anne's county;
The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Farmers' and
Mechanics' Marine Railway company of Sharpstown, Somer-
set county;
The bill entitled, an act to amend the 97th section of the
3d article of the code of public local laws relating to elections
in Baltimore county, by directing that elections shall be held
at such places as shall or may hereafter be established by-
law;
The bill entitled, an act to amend article 4 of the code of
public local laws, by adding thereto the following new sec-
tions relating to the crier of the Superior court of Baltimore
city;
The bill entitled, an act to amend the 12th article of the
public local laws, by repealing the 92d and 111th sections re-
lating to printing, and substitute the following;
The bill entitled, an act to amend article ten of the code
of public local laws relating to the incorporation of the town
East New Market, by substituting sundry sections in lieu of
sections 134, 137, 141, 144 and 146;
The bill entitled, an act authorising the county commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county to levy a sum of money for
the relief of a primary school in said county;
The bill entitled, an act to revive the act of incorporation
of the town of New Windsor, passed at December session,
1843, chapter 47;
The bill entitled, an act to authorise Thomas B. Sherman,
of Dorchester county, to build a wharf on Indian creek, in
said county;
The bill entitled, an act to amend the 10th section of the
44th article of the code of public general laws, which fixes
the pay for the support of pauper lunatics in the Maryland
Hospital, by reducing the amount to be paid for negro lunatics
in said hospital;
The bill entitled, an act to refund to Asahel Willison, late
collector of taxes in Allegany county, moneys overpaid by
him into the State Treasury;
The bill entitled, an act to authorise the county commis-
sioners of St. Mary's county to cause an amount to be levied
to pay Thomas Posey the the loss of his slave "William;
