16th article of the code of public local laws of Prince George's
county, relating to the school fund;

bill;

The chair (Mr. Chaplain,) decided that this county had
already had three bills passed this afternoon under the order.

On motion of Ford,

By general consent, Mr. Jones, was allowed to call up the
bill entitled, an act for additional compensation to the wit-
nesses summoned from Prince George's county, to attend the
trial of William T. Talbert;

Which was read the second time, and by special order the
third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
