The bill entitled, an act to make a public road leading
from the village of Catonsville, in Baltimore county, to the
Rolling road, comprising the whole of the road known as
Bloomsbury Lane and the road now leading from the east of
said lane to the said Rolling road;
Was read the second time, and by special order the third
time.
Mr. Denison, of Baltimore county, moved to recommit the
bill to the committee on the Judiciary;
Which was not concurred in.
