On motion of Mr. Chaplain, it was
Ordered, That when Talbot county is called in regular or-
der, for the consideration of local bills, said county shall be
entitled to call up four bills.
On motion of Mr. Legg, it was
Ordered, That the House proceed to the consideration of
local bills, under the order originally adopted, which entitles
each county to call up two bills, beginning where the call of
the counties closed on Friday night, and continuing until all
the counties remaining after Queen Anne's, in regular order,
were called.
The Senate bill entitled, an act to amend the 4th and 5th
sections, relating to the almshouse of Queen Anne's county,
of article 17 of the public local laws;
Was read the second time, and by special order the third
time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
