The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Baltimore and
Little Gunpowder Falls Turnpike company,
Being upon its second reading;
Mr. Quinlan proposed the following amendment:
Additional section:
"Section 17. Be it enacted, That the company hereby incor-
porated shall be obliged to commence the construction of said
road from each end of the same, and proceed to construct the
said road from said points to the centre of the same;"
Which was adopted.
