The bill entitled, an act to require the clerk of the Circuit
court for Frederick county to make and prepare a general
index to the land records of Frederick county, from the com-
mencement of the term of Wm. B. Tyler, clerk, to the ex-
piration of the term of Edward Shriver, clerk, included;
