The bill entitled, an act to authorise and empower the Cir-
cuit court of Kent county, to receive and entertain a petition
from Daniel Jones of said county, to divide the real estate of
the said Daniel Jones and Catharine J. Jones, deceased, to
appoint five commissioners to make such division, with full
powers to make such division, and return their proceedings to
the said court, which shall confirm or reject the same, as to
justice and equity may appear;
