Mr. Bayless, from a select committee, reported favorably
on the bill entitled, an act to add the following sections
relating to an act to authorise the county commissioners of
Harford county, to lay out and establish a public landing on
the Susquehanna river, at Lapidum, in Bell's ferry, in said
county, to article 12, of the public local laws;

Which was read the first time.                        

Mr. Griffith, from a select committee, reported favorably
on Senate bill entitled, an act to authorise the commissioners
of Montgomery county, to levy the sum of eighty-eight dollars
and sixty-five cents, for the use of George P. Atwood ;

Which was read the second time, and by special order
the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow :
