troduce a bill to supply the clerk of Circuit court
of, with certain acts of Assembly and Alexander's
Chancery Practice, 74: favorable report, 114;

Petition of Levi R. Lamberson and others, pray-
ing the passage of an act to authorise the county
commissioners of, to open a public road and locate

article 22d of public local laws which authorises
the board of primary education in, to purchase,
build and rent school houses by condemning land;
