Favorable report on bill to amend the 203rd
section of 21st article of code of public local laws
relating to the number of justices of the peace in
district No. 5, in, read a second time, and by spe-
cial order, and passed, 416.

Favorable report on a bill to make valid the
proceedings of the Circuit court for, sitting in
equity, in a case in which certain real estate be-
longing to the estate of J. H. Kennedy, was sold,
read a second time, and passed by yeas and nays,
552.

The bill entitled, an act for the transmission to
the Circuit court of, of certified copies of papers
and proceedings in the case of Gilmer vs. Brien,
removed from the High Court of Chancery, read
second time, and by order, and passed, 630;
amended in the Senate, the amendments adopted,
