WILSON, OLIVER JACKSON, AND OTHERS—A bill re-
ported to change the names of, 383; bill passed and
sent to the Senate, 594; returned passed by the
Senate, 751.

WILLS AND TESTAMENTS—Leave to bring in a bill grant-
ing the leave of the Legislature to a devise in the
will of William H. Dulaney, late of Somerset coun-
ty, deceased, of a house and lot in the town of Salis-
bury, to the Trustees of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of said town, 353; bill reported, 382; bill
passed and sent to the Senate, 780, 781.

A bill from the Senate, entitled, an act granting the

leave of the Legislature to a devise made in the last

will of Peter Turner, a free negro of Cecil county,

386; bill rejected, 705; message to the Senate, ask-

ing the return of bill, 810.                       

             Leave to bring in a bill to make valid the last will

and testament of Eleanor Mullican, late of Mont-
gomery county, deceased, 399.

              A bill from the Senate, to make valid and effectual

the devise and provisions contained in the last will
and testament of John K. Rowe, deceased, for the
benefit of the Baptist Church, in the village of Here-
ford, by granting the leave of the Legislature thereto,
&c., &c., 479; bill passed and returned to the Senate,
707.

A bill from the Senate, entitled, an act granting

            the leave of the Legislature to the devise and bequest

made by Levi Hilleary, late of Allegany county, de-

             ceased, to the vestry of Emanuel Parish, and also to

              the devise and bequest made by said testator to John

          Hays, 608; bill passed and returned to the Senate,

713.

devises and requests of Mary E. A. Reed, of Caroline
county, to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church in Greensborough, and the vestry of the Pro-
