4, in, praying the passage of a law prohibiting the
sale of intoxicating liquors in said district, referred,

Legislature to a devise in the will of William H. Du-

          laney; late of Somerset county, deceased, of a house

                and lot in the town of Salisbury, to the Trustees of

Protestant Episcopal Church of said town, 353; bill

reported, 382; bill passed and sent to the Senate,

              Leave to bring in a bill to repeal so much of the

     act of 1854, ch. 194, as relates to the town of Salis-

    bury, in, 363; bill reported, 402. bill passed and sent

    to the Senate, 824.

               Leave to bring in a bill entitled an act for the pur-

         pose of aiding the construction of a Railroad in, be-

ing a supplement to an act entitled, an act for the

   promotion of internal improvement, passed Decem-

of a law, directing the Commissioners of said coun-
          ty to lay out a certain road to be repaired, mention-
