KENT AND QUEEN ANN COUNTIES—A bill from the Sen-

ate to authorise and require the County Commission-

ers of, to levy on their respective counties a sum of

money to erect a free bridge over Chester river, at a

point called Compton's Ferry, 649; bill passed and
