HARBINE, THOMAS—A bill reported entitled an act appro-
priating a sum of money to pay for services rendered
the State in the trial of the case of the State against

John Spaet, in the Circuit Court of Frederick, 278;

that the, shall not be opened for or used by any so-
ciety, association, person or persons during the inter-
             val between the sessions of the General Assembly for
