CARROLL COUNTY—Petition of citizens of, praying the

                passage of a Jaw giving to the Orphans' Court the

power of appointing guardians, to sell, locate and

transfer bounty land warrants issued to minor heirs of

deceased soldiers, in conformity with the act of Con-

gress making bounty land warrants assignable; re-

referred, 221.

tablish a new election district in, to be called district
