A bill entitled, an act to reduce taxes heretofore imposed by
authority of this State;

A bill entitled, an act to authorize a single Justice of the Peace
to bind out apprentices in Somerset county;

A bill entitled, an act to raise additional revenue to pay the
debts of the State by increasing the rates of licenses to ordinary
keepers and traders;                                           

A bill entitled, an act to repeal an act entitled, an act to regu-
late the meeting of the Orphans' Court of Howard county, and
the compensation of the Judges thereof, passed April session
1852, chapter 73, and to provide for the future meetings of said
Court;

A bill entitled, an act amendatory of an act passed at January
session 1853, chapter 153, entitled, an act to incorporate the Bal-
timore and Potomac Railroad Company;            

Severally endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

Also, a bill entitled, a supplement to the act entitled, an act for
the promotion of Internal Improvements, passed at December
session 1835, chapter 395;

Which was referred to the next General Assembly.

A bill entitled, an act for the relief of certain Mutual Fire In-
surance Companies of the State, therein mentioned;

A bill entitled, an act authorising the payment of one hundred
dollars to Henry Hagan for services rendered the State;

A bill entitled, an act to amend an act entitled, an act to incor-
porate the Presbyterian Church in the city of Baltimore;

A bill entitled, an act to change the place of holding the elec-
tions, in the seventh election district of Washington county;

A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Woodmount Coal and
Iron Company;

Severally endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."
The hour of 12 o'clock having arrived,

The House adjourned sine die.
