1854, chapter 139,

ciary.                               

And a bill entitled, an act amendatory of an act passed at Jan-
uary session 1854, chapter 109, entitled, an act to alter and
amend the charter of the Hagerstown Savings Institution, by al-
lowing its corporate name to be changed, and to discount cer-
tain bills of exchange,                                                             

Was read the first time and referred to the committee on Cor-
porations.
