A bill entitled, a supplement to the act entitled; an act to pro-
vide for carrying into effect the 22nd section of the 4th article of
the Constitution, passed January session 1852, chapter 68, ex-
plaining and enlarging the operation of said original Act in aid
of the purposes declared in the title thereof;

under the Act of 1820, chapter 191, to compel the purchasers at
their sales to comply with the terms of sale, or in case of refusal
or neglect, to resell the property and enforce payment for the dif-
