A bill entitled, a supplement to the act entitled; an act to pro-
vide for carrying into effect the 22nd section of the 4th article of
the Constitution, passed January session 1852, chapter 68, ex-
plaining and enlarging the operation of said original Act in aid
of the purposes declared in the title thereof;
