A bill entitled, an act to make valid and effectual, the de-
vise and provisions contained in the last will and testament of
John K. Howe, deceased, for the benefit of the Baptist Church in
the village of Hereford, by grunting the leave of the Legislature
thereto, and creating a corporate body by the name of the Trus-
tees of the Baptist Church in the village of Hereford, in Baltimore
County, as an essential agency for that purpose;
