The Secretary of the Senate returned a bill entitled, an act
authorising the commissioners of Baltimore county, if they in
their judgment consider the claim just and fair, to levy a tax upon
the first election district of said county, as the same was limited
and defined on the 1st of May 1833, for the payment of the debt
contracted by the commissioners of public schools, under the act
of 1832, chapter 287.
A bill entitled, an act appropriating a sum of money to Wm.
A. Spencer, Clerk of the court of Appeals of Maryland
due him;
Severally endorsed ''passed by yeas and nays."

The rules were suspended to reconsider the vote on bill enti-
tled, a supplement to the supplement passed at December session
1849, chapter 561, which is a supplement to an act entitled, an
act to incorporate the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company,
passed at December session 1826;
