ably on a bill emitted, an act for the incorporation of Concord
Lodge number 73, of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
Also on a bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Montgomery
College.
Also on a bill entitled, an act amendatory of an act entitled, an
act to continue the corporate existence of the several banking in-
stitutions therein mentioned, passed at January session 1853,
chapter 441, so far as relates to the Merchants Bank of Balti-
more.
And a bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Express Steam
Navigation Company.
Mr. Wickes, from the select committee, reported a bill entitled,
an act granting the leave of the Legislature to the devise and
bequest made by Levi Hilleary, late of Allegany county, deceased,
to the vestry of Emanuel parish, and also to the devise and be-
quest made by the said testator to John Hayes in trust, as de-
clared in the will of said testator.
Mr. Stone, from the select committee, reported a bill entitled,
an act to refund to John C. Mullikin, administrator of Owen
Norfolk, late Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's
county, and to William A. Jarboe, Register of Wills for same
county, certain sums of money erroneously paid into the Treas-
ury.
Mr. Daniel, from the select committee, reported a bill entitled,
an act for the benefit of the infant children of David Dryden, de-
ceased, of Somerset county.
Mr. Fiery, from the select committee, reported a bill entitled, .
an act to authorise the Treasurer to pay to Isaac Nesbit, of
Washington county, certain moneys improperly paid by him into
the Treasury as Clerk of the Washington county court.
Mr. Frazier, from the select committee, reported a bill entitled,
an act to pay John T. Wright a sum of money for services ren-
dered by him as assistant Door-keeper to the Senate.
