of Allegany county to hear and determine the appeal of John
Everett, of said county, in regard to the valuation and assessment
of a tract of land known in the assessment list as the property
"Tidball's Heirs,' or "Clermont," assessed under the act passed
at January session, 1852, chapter 337,
