A bill entitled, an act to amend the act entitled, an act to in-
corporate the Frederick and Emmittsburg Turnpike Company,
passed at December session, 1844, chapter 136, and to authorise
said company to charge toll upon the whole length of their road
now finished, and to repeal the sixth section of said act,
