A bill entitled, an act to authorize certain trustees or their suc-
cessors, or the survivors of them, to sell and convey the Parson-
age house and lot of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the Tal-
bot circuit, and to purchase another Parsonage house and lot,
with the proceeds of said sale;

A bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from the Llangol-
len Mining Company to Patrick McGuire;

Mr. Kildow offered the following amendment:            

At the end of section 2nd add, "Provided that nothing in
this act contained, shall be construed to affect the rights of bona
fide purchasers or creditors who have been so before the passage
of this act.                                                               

Amendment assented to.
