Bank of Commerce, passed January Session, 1854, chapter 235,
and to increase the capital stock of said Bank to one million dol-
lars;

free negroes in Kent, Cecil and Queen Anne's counties, passed
at December session, 1849, chapter 538;

Endorsed passed by yeas and nays, with the proposed amend-
