pany to charge toll upon the whole length of the road now finish-
ed and to repeal the sixth section of said act;

ber Session 1844, chapter 231, entitled, an act to incorporate the
Baltimore and Cuba Smelting and Mining Company by authori-
sing said Company to increase its capital stock and number of
Directors;
