tional Section to Article 17 of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland (Bagby's Code), title 'Clerks of Courts, '
sub-title 'General Duties of Clerks, ' to be known as Section
2-B, providing for the recording of conditional contracts of
sale and compensation for the same. " [Endorsed: "Read the

Also House Bill No. 779, entitled "An Act to provide that
whenever in Montgomery county a street or electric railway
car, operating on tracks which occupy a portion of a roadway
or run parallel with and alongside of a roadway, is standing
for the purpose of receiving or discharging passengers, all
vehicles shall come to a halt at least fifteen feet from such
car, and remain standing until such car is again in motion,
and to provide penalty for violations. " [Endorsed: "Read the

Also House Bill No. 820, entitled "An Act to create a com-
mission to consider and report to the Governor on the advisa-
bility of establishing a central place for the execution of con-
demned felons and to recommend the location of said place,
and further to embrace in said report a recommendation chang-
ing the prevailing method of capital punishment of death by
hanging to electrocution, if said commission deem it advisable;
said report to include plans and measures to carry out the
