and distant westwardly 200 feet from the line of the west-
wardly side of the building at the north sewage disposal
plant of the town of Easton; thence (3) south 24 degrees 23
minutes west and approximately a t right angles to Miles
River road (Bay street), 168. 5 feet to the southerly side of the
said road and corner number 4; (4) south 22 degrees 15 min-
utes east, 3, 052. 2 feet to a monument stone marking the pres-
en t southwesterly corner of the town of Easton and known
herein as corner number 5; thence (5) south 27 degrees 54
minutes east, 1, 011. 0 to corner number 6, said point or cor-
ner being on the northerly edge of a stream or ditch in Ad-
kins meadow and also being the southwesterly corner of the
south sewage disposal plant property of the town of Easton;
thence (6) south 56 degrees 14 minutes east 1, 326. 95 feet to
corner number 7 on the westerly side of the Trappe road
(Washington street), opposite an entrance to Idlewild Park;
thence (7) parallel with, and distant at right angles 15. 0
feet southerly from the northerly side of Idlewild avenue,
south 86 degrees 17 minutes east, 1, 579. 3 feet to the easterly
side of the right of way of the Oxford Branch, Delaware
Division, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad
and corner number 8; thence (8) north 24 degrees 39 minutes
east, 2, 246. 0 feet to the present southeasterly corner of the
town of Easton and corner number 9; thence (9) north 16
degrees 45 minutes east, 1, 844. 6 feet to corner number 10;
thence (10) north 12 degrees 56 minutes west, 1, 025. 5 feet
to corner number 11; thence (11) north 58 degrees 47 minutes
west, 973. 9 feet to the present northeasterly corner of the
town of Easton and the place of beginning. "
