No. 16—"On page 4, Section 165, line 31 of The printed
Bill, strike out the figures '200' and insert in lien thereof the
figures '80. '"

No. 17—"On page 4, Section 165, line 33 of the printed
Bill, strike out the figures '250' and insert in lieu thereof the
figures '100. '"

No. 18—"On page 6, Section 168 of the printed Bill, strike
out all after the word 'business, ' line 3, and insert in lieu
thereof the words 'dealing exclusively in typewriters and type-
writer supplies or selling from samples, photographs or illus-
trations, shall first obtain a license therefor, and shall pay
an annual license fee of ten dollars. '"

No. 19—"On page 7, lines 1 and 2 of the sub-title to Sec-
tion 173 of the printed Bill, strike out the words 'and mer-
chants issuing trading stamps. '"

No. 20—"On pages 7 and 8 of the printed Bill, strike out the
whole of Section 173 and insert in lieu thereof the following:
'173. Every person, firm, association and corporation of
this State, or carrying on business therein, who shall sell or
deliver any stamps, coupons, tickets, certificates or other simi-
lar devices which are or may be redeemable for merchandise,
other than a manufacturer or packer issuing such stamps,
coupons, tickets, certificates, labels or other similar devices
around or in connection with his, their or its own products,
to any other person, firm, association or corporation, in con-
nection with any sale by such other person, firm, association
or corporation, of any goods, wares or merchandise, shall, be-
fore so doing, take out an annual license therefor and shall
pay an annual license fee of fifteen hundred dollars; and every
manufacturer or packer who shall furnish, sell or deliver any
such stamps, coupons, tickets, certificates labels or other simi-
lar devices with on in connection with the sale of his, her or
its own manufacture, or processed products, to any other per-
son, firm, association or corporation for use as above set out
by such other person, firm, association or corporation, shall, be-
fore so doing, take out an annual license therefor and pay an
annual license fee of fifty dollars. '"

No. 21—"On page 8, Section 174, line 3 of the printed Bill,
strike out the word 'exclusively. '"

No. 22—"On page 8, Section 174, strike out all after the
word 'of, ' at the end of line 6 of the printed Bill, and insert
in lieu thereof the -words 'fifty dollars in cities or towns of
not more than ten thousand inhabitants, one hundred dollars
